Returns & Exchange Policy

What is the return policy?
Our 8-day return policy you the option to exchange items purchased from our website within 8 days of purchase. If 8 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, we cannot offer you a re-fund or an exchange.

 

What is the eligibility for a return?
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition.

However, there is a remote possibility that:

  • the item may be damaged during transit
  • or there might be a manufacturing defect
  • or that the wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within the stipulated time frame as given below. No refund will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above. Please note refund would be issued in the form of store credit only applicable for both online and offline purchases, valid for up to 90 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

 

How do I return my item/s?

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If required, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

What is the exchange policy?

Can I return a gifted item?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver once the item is returned.
